art'otel ART GALLERY
A dynamic art space in the heart of Rome
Located in the heart of Rome, art’otel Piazza Sallustio boasts a dynamic, fully-functioning art gallery that showcases ever-changing exhibitions by prominent local and international artists. This evolving space also hosts a variety of art-inspired cultural events, which are open to both locals and hotel guests, and is available for hire for exclusive private events.
On 17 September 2025, the art gallery at art’otel Rome Piazza Sallustio will present Sveva Angeletti’s solo exhibition “Where to / Spazi per l’intraducibile” (Where to / Spaces for the untranslatable), curated by Sofia Di Gravio, inaugurating a new curatorial cycle. Promoting Italian artists, Di Gravio will curate a series of exhibitions and cultural events throughout the year in the hotel’s art gallery.
The exhibition opening will be held on 17 September from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. To attend, please register below.

Current exhibition: Mappare l’Invisibile
Although presenting individual, autonomous works, Sveva Angeletti’s exhibition is structured as a single immersive and engaging installation, where the boundaries between video and surface, image and text, presence and reflection break down. Angeletti does not offer an exhibition in the traditional sense, but constructs an environment in which the works contaminate and absorb the space.
In addition to the works, Da dove veniamo? Chi siamo? Dove andiamo? (Where do we come from? Who are we? Where are we going?) is presented, a diptych video that interacts irregularly with the rest of the exhibition. Two bodies run in opposite directions without ever meeting, while fragmentary and disorienting images flow across the screen, accompanied by a sound that amplifies the tension. The title, which recalls Gauguin, opens like a suspended question, without an answer, evoking an ever-shifting horizon: a curve that continually eludes any attempt to fix its meaning.
The exhibition will remain in the Gallery until 30 January.
